Triangle MicroWorks provides software components and applications for companies deploying telemetry SCADA.

Triangle MicroWorks provides the following product categories:

• Test Tools: Communication protocol test harness is a Windows based application to facilitate testing of industry-standard protocols. It can simulate master devices, outstations, and monitor communication between a master and outstation.
• SCADA Data Gateway: A OPC client and server application acting as a data concentrator (aggregator), protocol translator, or OPC bridge. This is typically used to collect data from remote devices and provide the information to a local HMI. Another use is for protocol translation by companies moving toward industry-standard communication.
• Software Libraries: Source code libraries and .NET protocol components can be used by equipment manufacturers to implement industry-standard protocols directly in their hardware. These include DNP3, IEC 61850, Modbus, and IEC 60870-5. The component enable manufacturers to integrate these protocols into their devices, allowing them to focus on the proprietary aspect of their products that differentiate them from their competition.
• Communication Protocol Training: Provides web-based communication protocol training. These courses provide a good base-line working knowledge of the SCADA protocols.
• Consulting: Proven solutions for communication protocol development needs. These are based on solid SCADA experience since 1994.
