Yokogawa FA-M3 Ethernet/Serial OPC Server

TAKEBISHI's Yokogawa FA-M3 driver works in conjunction with DeviceXPlorer OPC Server series.  This driver supports FA-M3 Ethernet and serial interfaces.  DeviceXPlorer is compatible with OPC DA 2.05A/3.0, OPC UA 1.04, and OPC AE 1.10 specifications. It provides high throughput by optimizing data acquisition.
