The OPC Server for Fuji MICREX supports MICREX Ethernet and serial interfaces.  Supported devices include the SPH product line. DeviceXPlorer is compatible with OPC DA 2.05A/3.0, OPC UA 1.04, and OPC AE 1.10 specifications. It provides high throughput by optimizing data acquisition.
